After any work is completed and charged by the mechanic you will receive an email with a link where you can leave a review for the mechanic.

In first instance always try to resolve any issues with the mechanic directly. Should the mechanic not offer an acceptable resolution it is possible to request Car Care Click to mediate between both parties to come to a resolution. Based on the information provided by you and the mechanic we will by all means endeavour to reach an acceptable solution for both parties involved.

Should an amicable solution not be offered by the mechanic then it is possible for Car Care Click to help mediate the process to reach an acceptable solution to the matter for both parties involved; you and the mechanic.

If the problem is related to the work we would advise to resolve any issues with the mechanic directly. Should the mechanic not offer an acceptable solution, then it is possible to have the Car Care Click support team mediate a resolution for you.
